  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are allowed at Provo River Resort, but only in the RV sites. Pets are not allowed in the cabins .

    • Up to 2 dogs are allowed per RV site
    • Pets must be leashed at all times
    • Pets must be quiet and not a nuisance to other guests
    • Owners must clean up after their pets
    • Contact the office prior to booking if you need more information on pets
  • How many vehicles can I park at my site?

    The number of vehicles you can park at your site at Provo River Resort depends on the type of site you have reserved:


    Standard sites: Allow one vehicle and one RV. 

    Riverfront 2XL Double Site: Allow four vehicles and 2 RVs.

    XL Sites: Allow 1 RV and 2 vehicles

    Cabins: 2 vehicles


    Any additional vehicles must purchase a parking pass from our general store and park in the overflow lot. $10 per vehicle per day.

  • What type of hookups do you have?

    Provo River Resort has water and electrical hookups at each site. All sites offer 50 AMP service. No sewer hook-ups.

  • Do you have a dump station?

    Yes, the resort does have a dump station available at no cost. Provo River Resort does not have sewer hookups.  Dumping gray or black water on the ground or into the river is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.

  • How many people can I have at my site?

    Maximum occupancy is  6  people per campsite. This applies to both the Riverfront Site and the Back-in Premium sites

    2XL sites allow 12 people per site.

  • What do you sell in the store?

    The Provo River Resort store, also called Grandma Froggies General Store, sells items commonly needed by campers and guests staying at the resort. 


    This  includes:

    • Firewood
    • Ice
    • Basic groceries
    • Camping supplies
    • Fishing gear
    • Candy & Snacks
  • Do you have showers & bathrooms?

    Yes. Upon arrival, you will have access to two showers and two bathrooms. You will receive an access code during the check-in process.

  • Can I bring my boat or trailer?

    Overflow parking is available for $10 per day for boats and trailers. This parking is located outside the park and separate from your campsite. While it is not adjacent to your site, it provides a convenient option for guests traveling with additional equipment.

  • Do you have quiet hours?

    Yes, 10PM-7AM

  • Do you allow older trailers?

    We accommodate RVs that are 10 years old or newer. Exceptions may be considered with prior approval from management.

  • Do you allow Weekly, Monthly, Yearly stays?

    Extended stays are available, please call our office today for more details!

  • Do you allow ATV's, E-bikes, Motorcycles?

    ATVs may be used going in/out of the campground, however, they may not be driven around inside the campground except by management. Please abide by the 5mph speed limit.


  • Can I gather firewood while i'm there?

    For the protection of the surrounding environment, guests are not permitted to gather firewood on the property. Firewood is available for purchase at the store. We appreciate your help in preserving the natural beauty of the area.

  • Is there a dog park for dogs to run?

    We do not have a designated off-leash dog park. Dogs are welcome throughout the property but must remain on a leash at all times. Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after your pet.

  • Do you offer laundry?

    Laundry facilities are not currently available. We are working to add this amenity in the future and appreciate your patience.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy is the following:

    • If you cancel after noon the day before your reserved date there is no refund. 
    • If you cancel within 1-7 days before your reserved date, you will receive a 50% refund or 100% camp credit towards another stay.
    • If you cancel 8 or more days before your reserved date you will receive a 95% refund. 
    • If you decide to check in on a later date or check out early there is no refund. 

  • What time is check-in/check-out?

    Campsites & Teepee's:

    Check-in anytime after 1PM.

    Check-out is 11AM.


    Cabins:

    Check-in anytime after 3PM.

    Check-out is 11AM.


    *Requests for early or late check-in are welcome but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

  • Is there a children's playground?

    Yes, we have a children’s playground available for guests to enjoy, along with a basketball court. Both are located within the park and provide great spaces for recreation.

  • Can I fish the river?

    Guest recieve a discounted fishing pass of $25 per adult. Children under the age of 12 fish for free. 

    The Provo River is a blue ribbon river, making it a fly fisher's paradise. For the health of the ecosystem, only flies or lures are allowed. If you're lucky enough to catch a fish, regulations allow each angler to keep 2 fish under 15 inches daily.

  • Do you offer WIFI?

    Wi-Fi is not currently available. We are in the process of installing a network for the park and appreciate your patience as we work to add this amenity.

  • Can I charge electric vehicles?

    Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.

  • Do you rent propane?

    No, we do not offer propane rentals at this time.

  • Is there a late check-in/out fee?

    There is no fee for late check-in. However, a fee may apply for late check-out.

  • When do sprinklers come on?

    Sprinklers are scheduled to run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
